Dispatch Times - All Methods

Orders are dispatched/actioned as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of your order.  Unless ordered during or affected by weekends or bank holidays.
Occasionally during peak times, especially during busy times of the year (i.e. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day etc) and extreme weather conditions delays may be encountered but we’ll work as hard and as long as possible to minimise this.
 
Some items have specific lead time requirements before it can be dispatched, such as personalised and custom made items. This will allow for manufacturing time for example before dispatch.
If a product has a lead time it is shown on the specific product page.
 
Some products have an order cut off time e.g. for next day delivery.  If a product has a order cut off time it is shown on the product page.
 
Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives with us.  Expected arrival dates are indicated on the specific product page.  These are given in good faith but are not guaranteed as this is outside our control and can change.  Please Contact Us for an update on any pre-order you have with us.
 
If an order (excluding pre-orders) cannot be dispatched within the usual specified times you will be notified.
 
We try as far as possible to dispatch orders in one delivery but occasionally orders may need to be dispatched in more than one consignment.
 
You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched and on its way to you.  Alternatively you can log into your account to see your current order status.
 

UK Standard Delivery RM48 Tracked (~2-3 Working Days)
 
This delivery method is used if Free Delivery is offered on qualifying orders or discounts.
 
After dispatch, delivery is usually made in 2-3 working days.
 
Delivery times are based on guidelines provided by delivery companies we use, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We will of course assist in any way we can.
 
We can only provide a refund for returned products and will exclude the initial delivery costs.
 
You need to Contact Us within five days of delivery regarding any shortages or damages with your order.
 

UK Express Delivery RM24 Tracked (~1-2 Working Days)
 
After dispatch, delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days.
 
Delivery times are based on guidelines provided by delivery companies we use, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We will of course assist in any way we can.
 
We can only provide a refund for returned products and will exclude the initial delivery costs.
 
You need to Contact Us within five days of delivery regarding any shortages or damages with your order.
 

Europe Delivery
 
After dispatch, delivery is usually made within 6-12 working days.
 
Delivery times are based on guidelines provided by delivery companies we use, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. We will of course assist in any way we can though.
 
Due to weight limits on international deliveries we may dispatch in more than one consignment.
 
We endeavour to provide accurate delivery costs at checkout, however in some instances e.g. larger and heavier multiple item orders, an additional delivery charge maybe be due as a result of the size and weight of the order package.  We will contact you if this will be the case for your order.  The additional charge will need to be paid before your order is dispatched.
 
We can only provide a refund for returned products and will exclude the initial delivery costs.

Worldwide deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to a local import and/or customs charges.  Please investigate this possible cost as you are responsible for payment of the charges.  Present Minded is not responsible and therefore unable to offer any advice on your local charges payable.  If charges due are unpaid or refused, your order may be destroyed or returned to us.
